Minor League players are some of the hardest working, most goal-oriented people on earth.  They work hard to accomplish their goal of making the Major Leagues. 

Because they believe in themselves, they are willing to scrape by on very little.  Most Minor Leaguers make less than $20,000 a year and do not get paid during offseason or spring training.
